Guest Services

Guest Services at Residential Life & Housing offer other services that are available not only to residents, but also to students, staff, faculty, and other departments. These services include summer conference services, space reservations, guest services, wedding services.

Summer Conference and Guest Services: During the summer, student housing levels are lower than during the normal academic year. RLH offers housing facilities for the summer conferences to maximize the University's resources, and to help keep housing rates for students low. Approximately 75% of housing is used for summer conferences. Please contact the Conference Services Coordinator at 713-743-6027.

Space Reservation: There are conference rooms, dining rooms, and multipurpose rooms that are available. View our price list below. Contact the Space Reservation Coordinator James Aguanno to reserve your room at 713-743-6020.

Wedding Services: Weddings may be held in the A. D. Bruce Religion Center. Contact the office coordinator at 713-743-5051. Receptions are held in Oberholtzer Ballroom. Reserve your reception area with the Space Reservation Coordinator at 713-743-6020.
