Texas House Bill 4189
Effective January 1, 2010: The University of Houston, in compliance with Texas House Bill 4189, requires that first-time and transfer students who plan to reside in, or have applied for on-campus housing and have been approved to reside in an on-campus student housing facility must show evidence of vaccination against bacterial meningitis.
